PROCESSING TIME:
All our pieces are made to order. The time needed to prepare an order for shipping is one week. For further details please refer to the items, individually.
TO NOTE
– All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Porto, Portugal.
– We ship worldwide with a tracking number.
– The item will be sent within 1/2 business days after being completely produced and upon payment receival.
– The shipment is processed through PT National Post Service and all our packages are delivered in hands on the destination address. That means that a person is required at the destination address to receive the order, so please confirm carefully the address used in the sales order.
– Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent to you so you can track each step of your delivery.
NATIONAL
Free domestic shipping.
– Portugal/Domestic Destination: Items are sent by CTT – PT National Post Service which provides a tracking service. The delivery is completed in 1 to 2 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
– EU Destinations: Items are sent by CTT – PT National Post Service which provides a tracking service. The delivery is completed in 5 to 10 business days.
– International Destinations: Items are sent by CTT – PT National Post Service which provides a tracking service. The delivery is completed in 10 to 15 business days.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
– Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from out of Portugal, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.
– MAARIS is not responsible for any custom fees.
– We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival, due to the lack of duty fees payment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
– We accept returns and exchanges in case the customer contacts us within 7 days, counting from the date of goods reception and if the items are returned within 14 days from the same date.
– Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs.
– If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. The customer should ensure that item being returned can be tracked along the way (as the tracking number must be communicated to MAARIS). MAARIS is not responsible for items any loss or missing items during the return delivery.
– We don’t accept cancellations.

REFUNDS
– We don’t make full refunds, only refund the value of the item. Please note that the shipping cost value isn’t refunded.
– The refund will be processed within 3 business days after receipt at our premises.
