Processing Time

All our pieces are made to order. The time needed to prepare an order for shipping are 3-5 days.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Porto, Portugal.

We ship worldwide with a tracking number.

The item will be sent within 1/2 business days after being completely produced and upon payment receival.

The shipment is processed through PT National Post Service and all our packages are delivered in hands on the destination address. That means that a person is required at the destination address to receive the order, so please confirm carefully the address used in the sales order.

Once your order has been dispatched an email will be sent to you so you can track each step of your delivery.

To Portugal:

1 to 2 business days to be delivered from dispatch date.                                                                                                                                                    

To Europe:

 5 to 10 business days to be delivered from dispatch date.                                                                                                                                                 

To the Rest of the world:

10 to 15 business days to be delivered from dispatch date.     

Intenational Taxes & Duties

Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from out of Portugal, you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost.

MAARIS is not responsible for any custom fees.

We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival, due to the lack of duty fees payment.
